PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Description of Trommel screen
As people focus more on resources, environment, and sustainable development, they’ve concerned more about waste recycling, thus garbage recycling has become a very potential and profitable industry.
Trommel screen, or rotary screen, is a kind of mechanical screening machine which is widely used in the rubbish separation plant. It controls the material separation by the particle size, and the separation precision is high. The cylinder of the trommel screen is generally divided into several sections, depending on the specific situation. The mesh holes are arranged from small to large, and the mesh hole diameter on each section is the same. Trommel screen is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller device, frame, sealing cover, inlet, outlet.
Working Principle of Trommel screen
Urban waste, construction waste, or stale waste enters the feeder — Belt conveyor — Waste trommel screen machine (which mesh sizes of 10-200mm. can sorting waste according to the material size) — Magnetic separator(sorting metal) — Air separation machine(Screening waste by material’s weight). Through this series of sorting process, plastic bottles, rubber, metals, cardboard, hard plastics, etc. are selected, finally, the selected light materials are balled by the baller machine.
APPLICATION
Application of fan motor drum sieve
Urban or Household waste: organic, inorganic, waste paper, plastic bags, fabrics, plastics, glass, metals, etc.Construction waste: muck, waste concrete, waste masonry and rubble, brick and tile fragments, waste mortar slurry, asphalt blocks, waste plastics, waste metal, waste bamboo and wood, industrial waste.All of these sorted waste can be recycled after reprocessing.

Advantages of trommel screen rotary drum sieve
