Main components of wood dryer
Heat pump
The wood dryer includes a Copeland compressor and a condenser,which have heating and dehumidifying functions. During the dehumidification process,only the moisture in the material will be discharged,the hot air in the wood dryer room will not be discharged.
PLC system
Industrial PLC touch screen controller is adopted which is easy to operate,can be turned on and off regularly and stand by different drying temperature and time can be set to meet the drying requirements of different materials.
Fan
Customizable wood drying machine, wood dryer kiln, timber drying oven, small wood dryer,electric wood dryer, has different quantity fans.It can ensure hot air recycling evenly in the dryer,make the materials contact hot air more evenly.
Drying board
