Hydrocyclone Detailed Product Description

Hydrocyclone is a static centrifugal separation device with no moving parts, widely applied in mineral processing, coal washing, sewage disposal and solid-liquid separation industries. It adopts centrifugal force principle to classify, concentrate, deslime and dehydrate slurry materials, featuring stable operation, high efficiency and low failure rate. Working Principle

Slurry is pumped into the cyclone tangentially under stable pressure to form strong swirling flow. Dense coarse particles are pushed to the inner wall by centrifugal force, spiraling down along the cone section and discharging as concentrated underflow from the bottom outlet. Light fine particles and liquid gather at the center, forming upward inner vortex and flowing out from the upper overflow pipe. Continuous circulating flow realizes automatic grading and separation of materials, with high separation precision and small energy loss.

The product adopts modular integrated structure, consisting of feeding chamber, vortex finder, cone body, discharging nozzle and wear-resistant lining.
