The composition of lifting carbonization furnace: Including furnace body, furnace cover, heating chamber, exhaust pipe, the furnace body is equipped with a carbonized inner tank, and the carbonized inner tank is installed with a sealing cap, the upper edge of the carbonized inner tank is fixed with a downward folding ring flange, the downward folding ring flange and the upper part of the furnace fixed ring sealing ring matching buckle installation. A lifting ear is fixed on the side wall of the carbonized inner liner, on the upper cover of the carbonized inner liner and on the furnace cover respectively.
The inner tank and combustion chamber of the lifting carbonization furnace are separated, because the movable installation of the carbonization inner tank can achieve continuous work, one furnace body can be equipped with three carbonization inner tank, no preheating treatment is required when replacing the carbonization inner tank, and the cooling of the carbonization inner tank is completely removed from the furnace body, which greatly improves the efficiency of carbonization work, shortens the carbonization time, and saves labor expenses. The sealing effect is good, the overall structure is simple and novel, the operation is simple and safe.
Carbonization Process
1, the drying stage: from the beginning of the ignition combustion furnace temperature up to 160 ° C, this stage is also a wet stage, mainly rely on the heat generated by the bottom of the fuel to heat the wet, this stage logs, rods or other raw material chemical composition almost no change.
2, the initial stage of carbonization: this stage mainly depends on the external heat value, the furnace temperature rises to between 160 and 280°C. In this case, the wood thermal decomposition reaction, the composition begins to change. Among the unstable substances are hemicellulose decomposition of carbon dioxide and a small amount of acetic acid and other substances.
3. Dongguan carbonization stage: temperature 300 ~ 650℃. At this stage, the raw materials are rapidly decomposed and a large number of combustible gases containing tar and other impurities are generated. The combustible gas is transported to the bottom of the furnace through the gas pipeline for circulation combustion, and the raw materials in the furnace are rapidly carbonized to generate carbon rods under high temperature conditions.
