Roller press machine
Ball presses are generally used to shape powdered materials such as coal powder, mineral powder, lignite, coke, coal slime, etc. The general shape is oval, and other shapes of molds can also be customized. The powder is formed by roller extrusion. The finished product can be used as boiler fuel, barbecue charcoal, steel mills, etc. The finished product size can be customized.
Charcoal ball briquette machine are used to forming some material into different shape for different fields. It can forming from different material, such as charcoal powder, metal powder, mineral powder, carbon black, coal dust, iron powder. After the pressing of our machine, powder and granule are formed into various shapes of balls. This processing changes the using way of coal brings many good efforts.

Firstly, coconut shell, wood, sawdust and other biomass are carbonized into carbon by carbonization furnace and enter hoister and storage tank. According to customer's raw material, you can choose continuous carbonization furnace, horizontal charcoal making stove and hoisting carbonization furnace. (If raw materials are coal, it not necessary to be carbonized. And it can ignore this STEP.)
Secondly, carbon can be crushed into carbon powder by dust-free grinder. (According to the shape of raw materials, it can ignore this step.）
Thirdly, carbon powder are stirred by double shaft mixer and mixer. (According to the shape of raw materials, it can ignore this step.）
In the end, carbon powder can be be shaped by coal briquette machine and enter the dryer by drying.
The whole coconut shell charcoal briquette machine, wood charcoal briquette machine and charcoal ball briquette machine production line are fully automatic.
Mould：
Mould shape can be oval, round ball, pillow, etc.
Briquette diameter can be 10-60mm.

And mould material is use No. 65 manganese steel.
Working principle and main parts of coke press machine
1. First, the powder material will be transferred on to the two pressure roller through the feeder.
2. The natural materials enter the ball roll mode with the roll rotation.
3. Material pressure on a small part become larger, when the material enter into the two pressure rollers, the pressure of materials has reached the peak.
4. Tremendous pressure between the two roller, the powder become finished product.

It will be completed within 15-20 days. We will send you photo. After receiving your balance, all the machines will be delivered to you.
