The Grey Board Making Line is a fully automatic and intelligent industrial production equipment integrating raw material processing, composite forming, drying and shaping, precision cutting and stacking. It is professionally designed for the mass production of high-density and high-flatness industrial grey board. Adopting an integrated modular design, the entire grey board making line features a compact and reasonable structural layout, which does not require special foundation renovation. The equipment can be installed and commissioned on conventional flat cement ground, greatly reducing plant adaptation costs and installation cycles. The production line is equipped with complete core components, including paper loading and bearing mechanism, automatic paper splicing device, tension control system, composite bonding mechanism, compaction and shaping unit, constant-temperature drying system, cooling and flattening equipment, longitudinal slitting mechanism, computer transverse cutting unit, intelligent stacking equipment, as well as a complete set of electric and pneumatic control systems. All functional modules operate in synergy to realize one-stop continuous production from raw paper rolls to finished grey boards, requiring minimal manual intervention during the whole production process.
In terms of core technical configuration, this production line is equipped with a high-precision PLC intelligent control system, supporting digital parameter presetting and one-click start-stop operation. It can accurately control core production parameters such as production speed, board thickness, drying temperature and cutting dimensions, meeting the diversified production requirements of grey boards with different specifications and thicknesses. The built-in constant-temperature drying system features uniform heat distribution and adjustable temperature range, which ensures thorough and even drying of composite boards, effectively avoiding board deformation, warping and uneven hardness caused by inconsistent drying. Meanwhile, the independent tension control system maintains stable paper feeding tension throughout the production process, preventing paper deviation, wrinkling and fracture, and greatly improving the yield and qualification rate of finished products.
