The RDF fuel briquette production equipment is a kind of equipment used to produce RDF (Renewable Fuel Rod). It is used to process fuel rods from waste(plastic,paper,cloth), which is widely used in the field of renewable energy.The RDF Forming Machine consists of a frame, an electric motor, a feeding port, a transmission system, a pressure roller, a ring mold, an electric heating ring, and a discharge port.

Rdf Briquetting Machine Plastic Garbage Derived Fuel Rdf Briquette Press Machine Waste Rdf Cube Briquetting Machine workflow:
1. Loading waste to the box feeder machine;
2. Trommel screen separates MSW into organic matter and non-organic materials;
3. The non-organic materials passes through the air sorting system, which separates the materials into heavy and light materials;
4. Heavy and light materials are separately conveyed to the manual sorting table for precise sorting;
5. The sorted waste paper plastic cans.etc.can be baled by the waste compactor machine.
6. The low value combustible materials can be made into fuel rdf/srf briquette.
Waste Sorting Machine effectively sorting waste paper, plastic, wood chips, textile, metal or other materials(according to customer's garbage).Through sorting and recycling, those low value combustible materials can be made into RDF briquettes to send to power plant. Those concrete debris can be crushed into sand to make bricks.Maximum recycling the garbage to bring considerable economic benefits to customers.
The particles formed by pressing have a high specific gravity and small volume, making them easy to store and transport. They are high volatile solid fuels with a calorific value of up to 32004000 kcal, and have the characteristics of flammability, low ash content, and low cost. They can replace fuels such as firewood, raw coal, and gas, and are widely used for heating, household stoves, boilers, biomass power plants, etc
