Product Overview
YTCT Hydraulic Eagle Shear is a high-efficiency, heavy-duty hydraulic cutting tool designed for excavators (18–50 tons).
It is widely used in steel scrap recycling, building demolition, ship dismantling, automobile crushing and emergency rescue. With powerful cutting force, durable structure and flexible operation, it effectively improves work efficiency and reduces labor costs.
Core Features & Advantages
Super Strong Cutting Force: Single-cylinder large thrust design, easily cuts H-beams, steel pipes, carriage frames and steel bar bundles, meeting various heavy-duty cutting needs.
Durable & Long Service Life: Blades are made of imported German alloy steel, which is high-temperature resistant and deformation resistant; the diamond/quadrilateral blade can be flipped 3 times for use, tripling the service life. The main body is welded with Hardox 400/500 wear-resistant steel, which is impact-resistant and wear-resistant.
Flexible & Precise Operation: Equipped with 360° rotating motor with brake, which can be positioned accurately; bidirectional guidance design ensures stable operation of the knife arm without deviation. The puncture tip is fixed by bolts, which can be replaced quickly within 15 minutes.
Wide Working Conditions: Suitable for high-altitude demolition, underwater operation, high-temperature and dust environments, with strong adaptability.
Leak-Proof & Reliable: Adopts well-known brand oil cylinder (such as Hengli) and imported NOK oil seal, which is anti-leakage and anti-aging; the central pin shaft is adjustable to maintain precise engagement for a long time.
