Compared with the other dryers，microwave dryer drying process does not require energy transfer, microwaves directly act on the materials. can saving more than 30% energy. and during this process,no pollutants are generated. Finally, the materials are output from the discharge port.
Our microwave dryers use electricity, the materials are fed into feed hopper then conveying into the microwave heating chamber. The microwave directly interacts with the materials, converting high-frequency electromagnetic waves into heat energy. Use electromagnetic and biological effects to sterilize and dry materials both internally and externally, and heat evenly.
