Product Description:
This 6061 T6 aluminum plate is available in thicknesses of 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, and 10mm, specifically selected for automotive electric vehicle (EV) battery tray and chassis applications. 6061 T6 offers an excellent balance of strength, weldability, and corrosion resistance for lightweight vehicle structures. The alloy provides good energy absorption for crash protection. Typical applications include EV battery tray housings, structural chassis components, subframes, suspension mounting plates, and any automotive lightweighting application requiring weldable, corrosion-resistant aluminum plate with good strength.

A：Yes, we can produce any length, width, thickness, or diameter based on your drawings. Cutting, slitting, and other processing services are available with tolerance as required.
Q4：What certifications do you provide？
A：Each shipment comes with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate (MTC). Third-party inspection reports (SGS/BV/TÜV) can be arranged upon request.
Q5：What is your lead time？
A：7–15 working days for stock items. 20–30 days for custom orders, depending on quantity and specification.
Q6：What surface treatments are available？
A：Various surface treatments are available upon request, including pickled, polished, coated, oiled, or as required.
Q7：What payment terms do you accept？
A：T/T (30% deposit + 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight, Western Union, etc.
Q8：What about packaging for export？
A：Standard seaworthy packaging with waterproof protection, steel straps, corner protectors, and ISPM 15 fumigation certification. Custom packaging is available as required.
