Precision steel pipes, also known as precision seamless steel pipes and precision bright pipes, are high-precision and high-brightness seamless pipes refined from high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel through cold drawing/cold rolling and oxygen-free annealing processes. They feature superior dimensional tolerance, uniform wall thickness and excellent surface finish compared with ordinary seamless steel pipes, which can be directly used for precision assembly and high-pressure working conditions.

4. Production Process

Oxygen-free annealing: Eliminate processing stress and stabilize mechanical properties under protective atmosphere
Finishing: Straightening, eddy current & ultrasonic flaw detection, cutting and full inspection
