This model is a single-stage drive product within the ZDY series hardened tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer. It has a center distance of 450 mm and a gear ratio of 3.15. It is a parallel-shaft, externally meshed involute helical cylindrical gear reducer, widely used in various industrial transmission applications.

1、The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel (e.g., 20CrMnTi) and undergo carburizing and quenching treatment, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC 58-62. They offer excellent wear resistance and high core toughness, enabling them to withstand significant impact loads. Their load-carrying capacity is more than seven times that of traditional soft-tooth-surface reducers.
2、Single-stage transmission efficiency reaches over 96.5%, with minimal energy loss. Long-term operation can substantially reduce electricity costs.
3、All gears are processed using CNC grinding technology, ensuring high precision, good tooth surface contact, smooth meshing, and low noise.
4、Small volume, light weight, easy to disassemble and inspect. Major components are interchangeable, making maintenance and repair convenient.
5、Operating ambient temperature ranges from -40°C to 45°C. Suitable for both forward and reverse rotation, adapting to various working conditions including severe cold in the north and hot, humid environments in the south.
6、Widely used in industries such as metallurgical rolling, mining crushing, hoisting and transportation, cement building materials, chemical mixing, textile printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical machinery, sand dredgers, etc.
