Product Description:
This 316L stainless steel sharp toe cold drawn angle is available in small precision sizes 20x20x2mm and 25x25x3mm, featuring sharp, square corners for exact fitment in precision applications. The cold drawing process produces a bright surface finish, tight dimensional tolerances, and accurate right angles superior to hot rolled products. Grade 316L offers excellent corrosion resistance. Typical applications include precision machinery frames, instrument and control panel supports, medical equipment structures, laboratory furniture, electronic enclosure frames, aerospace components, cleanroom equipment, and any application requiring small, accurate, bright finish stainless steel angles with sharp square corners for precise assembly.

A：Yes, we can produce any length, width, thickness, or diameter based on your drawings. Cutting, slitting, and other processing services are available with tolerance as required.
Q4：What certifications do you provide？
A：Each shipment comes with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate (MTC). Third-party inspection reports (SGS/BV/TÜV) can be arranged upon request.
Q5：What is your lead time？
A：7–15 working days for stock items. 20–30 days for custom orders, depending on quantity and specification.
Q6：What surface treatments are available？
A：Various surface treatments are available upon request, including pickled, polished, coated, oiled, or as required.
Q7：What payment terms do you accept？
A：T/T (30% deposit + 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight, Western Union, etc.
Q8：What about packaging for export？
A：Standard seaworthy packaging with waterproof protection, steel straps, corner protectors, and ISPM 15 fumigation certification. Custom packaging is available as required.
