Product Description:
This 316L food grade stainless steel sanitary pipe is available in 1", 1.5", 2", and 3" sizes with Tri-Clamp (ferrule) connections, manufactured to DIN11850 dimensional standards. The pipe features a smooth internal surface finish (typically Ra ≤0.8μm) that prevents bacterial adhesion and facilitates CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (sterilize-in-place) procedures. Grade 316L provides excellent corrosion resistance for acidic food products and cleaning agents. Typical applications include dairy processing lines, beverage production systems, brewery wort and beer transfer, pharmaceutical process piping, biotech fermentation loops, cosmetic manufacturing, food ingredient handling, high-purity water systems, and sanitary fittings in cleanroom environments.

A：Our standard MOQ is 100 kg per specification. For common grades and standard sizes, we accept small batch orders. Mixed orders for different products are also welcome.

A：Yes, we can produce any length, width, thickness, or diameter based on your drawings. Cutting, slitting, and other processing services are available with tolerance as required.
Q4：What certifications do you provide？
A：Each shipment comes with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate (MTC). Third-party inspection reports (SGS/BV/TÜV) can be arranged upon request.
Q5：What is your lead time？
A：7–15 working days for stock items. 20–30 days for custom orders, depending on quantity and specification.
Q6：What surface treatments are available？
A：Various surface treatments are available upon request, including pickled, polished, coated, oiled, or as required.
Q7：What payment terms do you accept？
A：T/T (30% deposit + 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight, Western Union, etc.
Q8：What about packaging for export？
A：Standard seaworthy packaging with waterproof protection, steel straps, corner protectors, and ISPM 15 fumigation certification. Custom packaging is available as required.
