5R Raymond Mill is a high-output, energy-saving and high-efficiency grinding machine equipped with 5 reinforced grinding rollers. Adopting an optimized roller-ring grinding structure and sealed classification design, it features stable operation, low noise, low failure rate and long service life. The finished powder fineness is adjustable from 80 mesh to 400 mesh with uniform particle size and high whiteness. It is suitable for non-metallic minerals with Mohs hardness below 9, such as limestone, calcite, barite, gypsum, talc, feldspar and dolomite. Widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and stone powder production. The complete unit can form an independent production flow from feeding, grinding and powder classification to dust collection, featuring small floor area, simple operation and eco-friendly dust removal design. |

Working Principle of 5R Raymond Mill
The 5R Raymond Mill is a roller-ring grinding machine fitted with 5 sets of independent grinding rollers. It adopts an integrated process of "roller grinding + air classification + cyclone collection + bag dust removal", realizing fully enclosed, eco-friendly continuous production of fine powder from 80 to 325 mesh. Working process as follows:
Feeding: Raw materials pre-crushed below 30mm are evenly fed into the grinding chamber via the feeder.
Grinding: Five grinding rollers rotate with the main shaft, pressing tightly against the grinding ring under centrifugal force to roll and grind materials into powder.
Classification: Ground powder is blown to the classifier by fan airflow. Qualified fine powder passes through, while coarse powder falls back for re-grinding.
Dust Collection & Purification: Qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector for finished product collection. Dust-laden air is filtered by the bag dust collector and discharged cleanly with no dust leakage.
Processing Materials
Limestone, calcite, barite, gypsum, talc, dolomite, feldspar, fluorite, bentonite and other non-metallic minerals (Mohs hardness ≤7, moisture ≤6%).
