Precision Steel Pipe Product Detailed Description
Precision steel pipe is a high dimensional accuracy and high surface finish seamless pipe refined by cold drawing or cold rolling. It has no oxide layer on inner and outer walls, pressure resistance without leakage, and no deformation under cold bending. It is manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T 3639-2021, widely used in hydraulic systems, precision machinery, aerospace and other high-end fields.

1. Definition
Precision steel pipe (also known as precision bright pipe): made of high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel. It is refined through cold drawing / cold rolling + oxygen-free annealing. Its dimensional tolerance, wall thickness uniformity and surface finish are far better than ordinary seamless steel pipes, which can be directly used for precision assembly and high-pressure working conditions.

National Standard: GB/T 3639-2021 (Cold Drawn or Cold Rolled Precision Seamless Steel Pipe), GB/T 8713 (Special for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems).
International Standard: DIN 2391-2 (European Standard), ASTM A519 (American Standard).
Material Standard: GB/T 699 (High-quality Carbon Steel), GB/T 3077 (Alloy Steel).
