This Heavy Duty Kraft Paper Edge Board Making Line is a fully automated, high-efficiency industrial system for manufacturing high-strength kraft paper edge protectors, also known as paper angle boards or L-shaped pallet corner guards. It integrates unwinding, gluing, lamination, forming, pressing, fixed-length cutting and automatic output to deliver one-stop continuous production of heavy-duty paper edge boards.
Featuring an upgraded servo control system and high-pressure forming structure, the machine supports thick kraft paper lamination and high-hardness edge board production. Finished products offer high compression resistance, standard 90° right angles, uniform thickness and excellent durability. 2.1 Heavy-Duty Production & Stable Performance
Built with a reinforced frame and high-pressure pressing system, the line supports 5-15 layers of heavy kraft paper lamination to produce 1.5-10mm thick, high-hardness edge boards, solving deformation and poor compression issues of ordinary products. It supports stable 24-hour continuous operation with low failure rates and strong load capacity, ideal for large-scale mass production.
2.2 Full Automatic Operation & Labor Saving
The entire line achieves full automatic operation from unwinding, gluing and forming to cutting and output. Equipped with a servo fixed-length cutting system, it ensures a cutting tolerance of ±1mm. A single worker can manage multiple lines, drastically cutting labor costs and boosting production efficiency.
2.3 High Precision & Custom Flexibility
It supports custom L-shaped edge boards with 25-100mm leg width and 50-3000mm adjustable length. Precisely calibrated forming rollers guarantee standard 90° right angles, smooth surfaces and even gluing, effectively avoiding degumming, warping and inconsistent thickness.
2.4 Eco-Friendly & Cost-Effective
Made of pure kraft paper and eco-friendly adhesive, the finished edge boards are 100% recyclable and meet international green packaging standards. Compared with plastic and wooden corner protectors, they feature light weight, lower production and logistics costs, and superior stacking strength, reducing enterprise packaging loss expenses.

Multi-layer Paper Reel Unwinding Stand: Supports 1-15 layers of simultaneous kraft paper unwinding with automatic tension control to prevent deviation and breakage, compatible with 160-300g/㎡ heavy kraft paper.
Automatic Gluing Unit: Optional single/double-sided uniform gluing with adjustable glue volume, no leakage or uneven coating, ensuring tight lamination and high structural strength.
Edge Forming & Wrapping Unit: Precision profiling molds enable fast standard 90° right-angle forming without edge collapse.
High-Pressure Pressing Unit: Synchronized multi-roller pressing ensures uniform stress, tight lamination and no hollow layers, enhancing product compression resistance and toughness.
Servo Precision Cutting Unit: High-speed servo fixed-length cutting delivers accurate dimensions and burr-free smooth sections.
Automatic Output Conveyor: Automatically conveys and stacks finished products for easy collection and packaging, improving overall efficiency.
