1. Product Overview
Our BOPP tape master roll, also known as jumbo roll and mother roll, is a professional semi-finished adhesive tape raw material specially produced for tape processing factories. It adopts high-quality BOPP film and imported water-based acrylic adhesive, featuring stable viscosity, strong tensile resistance and excellent overall performance. This master roll is the optimal raw material for slitting into various small-size packing tapes, sealing tapes and daily adhesive tapes, widely used in packaging, logistics, industrial fixing and other industries.
2. Product Features & Advantages
Firstly, the master roll has super high initial adhesion and lasting viscosity, no glue overflow, no degumming during long-term use. Secondly, the BOPP base film has excellent tensile strength and toughness, not easy to break or crack during high-speed slitting and rewinding, which greatly improves production efficiency for downstream factories. Thirdly, we adopt environmentally friendly water-based acrylic glue, which is non-toxic, odorless, safe and eco-friendly, meeting international environmental protection standards. In addition, the tape surface is smooth and flat without bubbles, wrinkles, scratches and impurities, with neat cutting end faces and uniform glue coating, ensuring consistent quality of finished tapes after slitting. Moreover, the product has good weather resistance, aging resistance and moisture resistance, suitable for long-term storage and long-distance ocean transportation.
