3.1 Chain Paper Feeding Unit
The heavy-duty chain feeding unit features optimized tension adjustment and matched patterned upper feeding wheels and precision steel lower rollers, ensuring non-slip, scratch-free cardboard clamping. Stepless speed adjustment adapts diverse production speeds, and the anti-interference chain design guarantees low failure feeding even for slightly defective cardboard.
3.2 Flexo Printing Unit
This unit supports customizable 1-4 color flexo printing with high-precision printing and anilox rollers for fast plate replacement. 360° electric phase adjustment ensures accurate overprinting, clear patterns and uniform ink color. The stable ink supply reduces consumption, and electric separation & pneumatic locking facilitate easy maintenance.
3.3 Slotting & Creasing Unit
The slotting unit adopts 360° phase adjustment and four synchronous cutter heads for free size adjustment and fast cutter replacement. Double-sided creasing delivers clear, crack-free crease lines, while an independent kicker knife ensures smooth cardboard discharge. Accurate slotting guarantees neat carton folding.
3.4 Die-Cutting Unit
Equipped with high-strength die-cutting rollers and precision templates, the unit supports electric horizontal adjustment and automatic zero reset.
