1. Product Overview
This corrugated carton partition assembler machine is specially designed for dairy and beverage carton inner partitions. It automatically cross-assembles slotted corrugated boards into grid dividers, which effectively prevent collision and damage of milk bottles, beverage cans and other products inside the carton.
Fully replacing manual partition inserting, it greatly improves production efficiency, standardizes partition forming quality, and perfectly matches high-speed packaging production lines in the food and beverage industry.

4. Working Process
Automatic feeding: Vacuum sucker separates and transports horizontal & vertical corrugated boards steadily.
Precise positioning: Servo positioning ensures accurate board feeding with tiny error.
Cross inserting & forming: Pneumatic pushing structure completes cross locking and assembly.
Finished output & stacking: Assembled partitions are automatically delivered and stacked.
Safety protection: Automatic stop and alarm for paper shortage, jamming and other abnormal conditions.

Mainly used for automatic assembly of inner partitions for milk cartons, yogurt boxes, fruit juice cartons and other dairy packaging.It is also widely applicable to grid partitions for beer, canned food, daily chemicals, fragile goods and other carton packaging.
