1.Product Introduction
Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) is an industrial-grade carbon product made from green petroleum coke through high-temperature calcination at 1200-1450℃ to remove volatile matter, moisture and impurities. It features high fixed carbon content, low sulfur, low ash and dense structure.
2.Applications:
Aluminum Electrolysis Industry: As the core raw material for aluminum prebaked anodes, it is used in aluminum electrolysis production, which can improve the conductivity and high temperature resistance of anodes, reduce electrolysis energy consumption, and adapt to the production needs of large aluminum plants.
Metallurgical Industry: As a high-quality recarburizer, it is used in steelmaking and ductile iron production, which can quickly supplement the carbon content in the molten metal, improve the metallographic structure of castings, and enhance the hardness and wear resistance of castings.
Carbon Industry: Used in the production of carbon blocks, carbon electrodes, carbon brushes and other carbon products, it is the basic raw material for the carbon processing industry, which can improve the density and conductivity of products.
