1、 Working principle
Manually place the die cut box blank into the feeding platform;
The machine automatically completes pre folding → gluing (cold glue/hot glue) → folding → pressing → counting;
Finished product output, manual material collection/stacking.
2、 Main structure
Paper feeding department: manual feeding, belt/roller automatic paper feeding;
Pre folding section: Pre folding of indentation lines for precise molding;
Glue application department: glue wheel/spray nozzle fixed-point glue application, control the amount evenly;
Folding part: guide rail+belt to complete box ear/side folding;
Compression part: The constant pressure belt compacts the adhesive joint to ensure firmness;
Counting and receiving: automatic counting, stacking output.
3、 Core parameters (typical)
Speed: 30-60 boxes/minute (approximately 4 times manual labor)
Paper box types: cardboard/corrugated box, top and bottom cover, hook bottom, irregular box
Size: Regular 260-1600 mm (width)
Power: 2.1-3 kW, 380V/220V
Number of people: 1-2 people (loading+receiving)
4、 Advantages and disadvantages
✅ Advantage:
Low cost: investment is only 1/3-1/5 of fully automated;
Flexible quick change: 10 minute order change, suitable for small batches and multiple varieties;
Easy to operate: No need for professional training, simple maintenance;
Save glue and protect the environment: The amount of glue used is about 1/3 of manual labor.
❌ Limitations:
Manual feeding is required, resulting in lower efficiency than fully automatic feeding;
Limited adaptation for ultra high speeds/oversized items (such as>1.6m).
5、 Application industry
Packaging for food, medicine, tobacco and alcohol, toys, gifts, electronics, etc., suitable for customized packaging scenarios in small and medium-sized printing factories, packaging factories, and e-commerce.
6、 Difference from fully automatic
Semi automatic: manual feeding, machine completes folding/coating/pressing, medium speed, low investment;
Fully automatic: feeding → forming fully automated, fast speed (80-200 boxes/min), high investment, suitable for large quantities.
