The system can adjust fiber density, board thickness, hot pressing temperature and pressure accurately, ensuring consistent quality of finished products. The produced hardboards feature smooth surface, high bonding strength, good toughness, excellent waterproof and wear resistance, with stable physical properties and no easy deformation or cracking.
This equipment has undergone structural optimization and upgrading. The core hot pressing unit is equipped with a high-precision hydraulic system and uniform heating technology, ensuring even temperature and pressure distribution during board molding. The built-in energy-saving circulation system reduces heat loss and power consumption, achieving energy-saving and high-efficiency production. Equipped with complete dust removal and waste gas recovery devices, it meets international environmental protection standards with zero pollution emissions. The compact layout saves factory space and facilitates convenient installation, debugging and daily maintenance.
The production line supports customized production of hardboards in various specifications, with a thickness range of 2.0mm to 12mm, covering most mainstream market specifications. It can stably produce thin boards for packaging and thick boards for furniture and construction materials. The equipment is highly compatible with raw materials, making full use of wood chips, waste wood, branches and other wood residues. It effectively cuts production costs and improves resource utilization, delivering outstanding economic and environmental benefits.
