Equipment Structure and Working Principle
The whole equipment consists of five core systems: feeding extrusion system, temperature control system, vacuum bubble forming system, cooling shaping system and automatic winding system. During operation, after the plastic particles are uniformly mixed, they are transported to the extruder, heated and melted into a uniform plastic melt through multi-section constant temperature. The melt is extruded through the die head to form a uniform film blank, which enters the vacuum forming roller. Through negative pressure vacuum adsorption, the film is quickly pressed into a uniform bubble structure. After cooling and shaping by the high-efficiency cooling roller, the film maintains stable bubble shape and flatness. Finally, the finished bubble film is automatically wound into standard finished rolls through the constant tension winding system, realizing continuous and uninterrupted production.
