The Paper Edge Protector Machine is a fully automatic and high-efficiency packaging machinery specially designed for producing paper corner protectors. This machine adopts integrated mechanical design, combining automatic paper feeding, precise glue coating, one-time forming, constant-temperature drying, fixed-length cutting and automatic stacking. 1. Working Principle & Core Structure
The complete production process is fully automated without manual intervention. The raw paper rolls are automatically and stably fed by the paper unwinding frame. The high-precision glue coating system evenly sprays environmental-friendly glue on the paper surface to ensure firm lamination without degumming. Then multiple layers of raw paper are compounded and sent to the forming mechanism, which presses the paper into standard L-shaped, U-shaped and V-shaped paper edge protectors through customized forming molds. After constant-temperature hot air drying, the glue is quickly solidified to shape the products. Finally, the servo cutting system performs fixed-length precise cutting, and the finished products are automatically stacked and collected by the stacking device.
The whole production process is smooth and efficient, with uniform product forming, stable glue coating and neat incision, which effectively guarantees the consistent quality of finished paper protectors.
