The fully automatic continuous bowl sealing packaging machine is a new generation of vacuum packaging equipment developed on the basis of ordinary vacuum packaging machines. It is a device that can process the stretched film into a shape through the equipment, attach the composite film on it, seal it after vacuuming, and finally divide it into independent products. It is suitable for vacuum and sealing packaging of various foods, meat products, seafood, fruits and vegetables, pickles, chilled meat, hardware components, etc.First, put the product in a box/bowl, then place the box/bowl in the feeding area of the equipment. The box/bowl enters the sealing mold as the chain moves forward. The mold rises, and the upper film is attached to the box/bowl in the sealing mold. First, vacuumize (according to the user's product packaging requirements, on the basis of vacuuming, fill with nitrogen or mixed gas for packaging), then seal (seal the upper film and the box/bowl together), punch and cut, and finally exhaust and lower the mold. The packaged product continues to move forward with the chain and is discharged from the discharge port. The equipment is also equipped with a photoelectric tracking and alignment color film system, which saves costs for users, improves work efficiency, and enhances the packaging level. It can also be equipped with an automatic coding system according to the user's product packaging requirements.
