The equipment adopts 915MHz professional industrial microwave frequency as the core, relying on independently developed high-power microwave sources and intelligent power distribution technology. Utilizing the microwave penetration and thermal effect of polar molecules, it makes water and fat molecules in food vibrate and rub at high frequency to generate heat, achieving simultaneous and uniform thawing from inside to outside, thoroughly solving the industry pain points of traditional air and water bath thawing, such as "over-thawed surface but frozen inside, long time consumption, high drip loss, and easy microbial growth".

Non-destructive Quality: Precise temperature control of ±0.5ºC, thawing temperature stably controlled in the range of -18ºC to 0ºC, drip loss rate ≤0.1% (10%-15% for traditional thawing). Intelligent and Controllable: Equipped with PLC touch screen intelligent control system, it can match parameters of beef, pork, poultry, aquatic products and other multi-category ingredients with one key. It supports automatic frequency conversion, fault alarm, emergency stop protection, and can be operated without professional training.
Safety and Compliance: The cavity is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, microwave leakage ≤5mW/cm², in line with GB 10436-1989 safety standards. Fully enclosed operation isolates pollution, precisely controls the residence time of ingredients in the dangerous temperature zone of 4ºC-60ºC, and meets food production hygiene specifications.
Energy-saving and Durable: Core components adopt international first-line brands, independently developed high-power microwave sources are stable and reliable, energy consumption is reduced by 30%-50% compared with traditional equipment.
