PHBN Series High Pressure Line Filter Product Introduction
The PHBN series high-pressure filter is a professional pipeline filtration component specially developed for heavy-duty construction machinery hydraulic systems. It is widely applicable to excavators, loaders, road rollers, pavers and other engineering equipment, perfectly adapting to harsh working conditions such as high pressure, strong vibration, large temperature difference and heavy continuous operation on construction sites.
This hydraulic oil pipeline filter is equipped with two core safety configurations: a built-in bypass valve and a differential pressure indicator. When the filter element is blocked by dirt and the pipeline pressure difference exceeds the standard, the differential pressure transmitter will send an accurate alarm signal in real time to remind operators to replace the filter element in time. In case of sudden cold start or extreme blockage, the bypass valve will automatically open for pressure relief and oil circulation, effectively avoiding equipment shutdown, hydraulic component abrasion and pipeline pressure burst risks.
Adopting high-strength integrated pressure-resistant shell and high-precision composite glass fiber filter material, the product features large dirt holding capacity, low flow resistance and stable oil supply. It can efficiently intercept metal wear particles, dust, oil sludge and oxidized impurities in hydraulic oil. With excellent high-pressure sealing performance, it has no oil leakage during long-term operation. Easy to install and maintain, it effectively protects hydraulic pumps, control valves and oil cylinders, reduces failure rate and maintenance costs, and greatly extends the service life of the entire hydraulic system.13243285757
