Overview
GB594-83 Marine Forged Steel Outside Screw Globe Valve is a high-pressure and high-temperature threaded stop valve specially designed for ship engine room and marine pipeline systems. It adopts integral forged steel structure, with male thread connection design, used to cut off and adjust the flow of steam, fuel oil, lubricating oil and water medium. This valve features compact structure, reliable sealing and long service life, which is widely used in various commercial ships, cargo ships and marine engineering supporting pipelines.
Material & Structure
The valve body adopts high-quality forged steel integral forging process, with high mechanical strength, pressure resistance and temperature resistance. The internal sealing pair is finely processed, with good wear resistance and tight shutoff performance. The outside thread end is standardized in size, easy for on-site installation, disassembly and later maintenance. The overall structure is small and light, perfectly adapted to the narrow installation space of ship engine room.
Performance & Advantage
This GB594-83 marine globe valve has excellent throttling and cut-off function, stable sealing performance under long-term working conditions, no internal leakage and external leakage. Forged steel material effectively avoids deformation and crack under high pressure and high temperature environment. The valve stem and sealing surface are precisely processed, with flexible opening and closing, low operation torque, suitable for frequent switch and regulation working conditions.
Specification & Application
Manufactured in full accordance with GB594-83 standard, nominal diameter DN6 to DN50, supporting high pressure and medium temperature working conditions. It is widely applicable to ship steam pipeline, fuel oil pipeline, lubricating oil system, water supply and drainage pipeline and auxiliary mechanical piping system. It is the preferred matching valve for marine engine room and marine fluid control system.
