Performance: This product is a new generation of high-efficiency organic silicone light diffusion agent, PC light diffusion modifier, LED diffusion agent, and LED diffusing agent produced by our company through homogeneous suspension polymerization. It is a special multi-functional organic silicone resin spherical fine powder synthesized by our exclusive technological process. It has high light diffusion efficiency, low addition amount, excellent thermal stability, and the following specific characteristics:
1) Compared with inorganic light diffusion agents, it has higher diffusion efficiency, good compatibility with the base resin, good dispersion, low specific gravity, low water absorption rate, excellent water repellency and hydrophobicity, and better balance of light transmission and uniformity;
2) Compared with traditional acrylic-based light diffusion agents, it has higher diffusion efficiency, low addition amount, excellent heat resistance, high brightness, and can maintain ideal light transmittance;
3) Compared with acrylic-based light diffusion agents, it has better heat resistance and high-temperature resistance, longer lifespan of lamp tubes, lamp boxes, and lamp covers. Moreover, it has higher light diffusion efficiency, lower addition amount. It has high cost-effectiveness.
4) It can provide different specifications of pure organic silicone-based high-efficiency light diffusion agents according to different requirements for light diffusion and light transmittance balance;
5) It has high light diffusion efficiency, low addition amount (generally 0.5 - 0.8% or adjusted according to thickness, surface microstructure, and the combination with other additives, etc.);
