MFT modular fine-thread anti-vibration shank features precise internal thread modular connection. Built for long overhang, deep cavity and deep hole machining. High density tungsten carbide material provides superior damping effect and minimal deflection, enabling quick tool head change and stable extended cutting.

This anti-vibration carbide shank is integrally made of high-density fine-grained tungsten carbide material, featuring extremely high rigidity, excellent damping performance and outstanding shock resistance. Compared with traditional steel tool shanks, the all-carbide structure effectively suppresses tool chatter, eliminates vibration marks on workpiece surfaces, reduces tool deflection and bending deformation during high-speed cutting.

With ultra-low vibration amplitude, it significantly improves surface finish of machined parts, extends service life of cutting inserts, stabilizes cutting parameters and enables higher spindle speed and deeper cutting depth. The precise grinding process ensures high dimensional accuracy, perfect concentricity and tight tolerance. The solid carbide body provides superior wear resistance, compression resistance and thermal stability, suitable for heavy cutting, long overhang machining, deep hole boring, internal turning and slender bar processing.

It is widely applied in CNC lathes, turning centers, precision machining of mold parts, automotive components, aerospace parts and hard material processing.
