H41 Type PTFE/PFA/FEP Lined Lift Through Way Check Valve
Fluorine-lined valves are composite anti-corrosion valves featuring metal outer casings combined with fluoroplastic linings. Manufactured through processes such as hot press fitting or inlay technology, they use PTFE (F46), FEP (F46), PFA and other fluoroplastic materials to line the valve body, core, and other critical wetted components. This design combines the mechanical strength of metal housings with the superior corrosion resistance of fluoroplastics, making them ideal for piping systems that transport strongly corrosive media.

Superior Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and almost all strongly corrosive media.
Exceptional Sealing Performance: Excellent fluoropolymer elasticity, zero leakage, complying with Class VI standard.
Smooth Flow Path: No dead angles, no scaling, low flow resistance, and anti-adhesion.
High Mechanical Strength: Metal outer casing for pressure bearing, with internal fluorine lining for corrosion protection, ensuring long service life.
Wide Temperature Range: Standard range: −50℃∼15℃; High-temperature PFA type: up to 260℃.
Hygienic Design: No precipitation, easy to clean, suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries.
