Product Introduction
Hexuan 8007 Ultra-high Temperature Grease is refined by a special process with special synthetic oil as the base oil and added with a variety of high-efficiency composite additives.
The product has excellent high-temperature stability, oxidation resistance, and extreme pressure anti-wear performance. It is specially designed for the lubrication of equipment under ultra-high temperature (500℃), medium-low speed, and heavy-load working conditions. It can provide long-term lubrication and protection in harsh environments, extend the service life of equipment, and reduce maintenance costs.
Performance characteristics:
1. Excellent high-temperature thermal stability and oxidation stability, not easy to lose and coke at high temperatures
2. Good anti-wear and extreme pressure properties, effectively protect heavy-load operating components
3. Excellent anti-shear property, stable lubrication structure during long-term operation
4. Good water resistance and protection properties, moisture-proof and anti-rust, suitable for harsh environments
Typical applications
- Suitable for the lubrication and protection of transmission components such as bearings, gears, chains, sprockets, and roller beds under various ultra-high temperature, medium-low speed, and heavy-load working conditions.
- Widely used in high-temperature operating equipment such as steel, metallurgy, cement, power, petrochemical, chemical, mining, kilns, and drying equipment.
Instructions for Use
1. Clean the lubrication parts before use to remove old oil, impurities, and moisture.
2. It can be filled manually, with a grease gun, or through a centralized lubrication system.
3. Reasonably determine the grease replenishment cycle based on the equipment's working conditions, temperature, rotation speed, and load.
4. Store in a cool and dry place, and avoid mixing with water, impurities, and other oils.
