Breif Introduction
Our electric potato slicer with automatic or mannual operation as your want, capacity from 50-3000 kg per hour.
This electric french fry cutter is used to cut potato/sweet potato/cassava/carrot etc. into
french fries or chips. Cutting specification is adjustable from 5*5mm to 10*10mm. (0.2 inch to 0.4 inch)

Potato chip processing flow:
Fresh potate→ washing&peeling→inspecting→cutting→blanching→conditioning→drying→frying→de-oiling→filling& packeage.
Notice:
1. Rate of input potato and output potato chip is 4:1 (E.g 1,000 kg/h input fresh potato, about 250 kg/h output french fries)
2. Required potato:
Fresh potato, no decay, no degeneration, plant diseases and inserct pests, smooth surface without big holes.
Dry matter ≥ 21%
Starch content ≥ 15%
Reducing sugar ≤ 0.25%
Weight of potato 150~500g
3. Qulity for the final product(frozen potato chips)
Sectional dimension: 7.5 *7.5 mm and 10* 10 mm
