Popping boba making machine
The popping boba can be used in bubble tea, ice cream, cake decoration and eggtart filling, and etc.Note: there are three liquid in this system, they are juice(the main ingredients are water, glucose syrup, calcium lactate, white granulated sugar, Guargum, xanthan gum, concentrated juice, Citric acid, and etc.. It is used to be the inner of popping boba),the Sodium alginate liquid(or you can call it solidification liquid, the main ingredients are water and Sodium alginate, it is used to forming the outer of popping boba),the Protection liquid(the main ingredients are water, fructose, and etc. It used to protect the popping boba in the packing box)
Description
Fully automtic popping boba production line is developed and patented by JOUYU and SERVO control systems, The whole set of machines include the jam hopper,
SUS pans, flushing system and cleaning system and etc.. The entire production line is mainly made of stainless steel, which fully conforms to food hygiene standards.

Burst bubble, is a total new product, with the similar appearance of pearl milk tea. But after bite it,
the inside is fluid juice.
The produce of burst bubble is with two parts, inside with juice or chocolate, any fluid; outside coating with sodium alga acid,diameter up to 5-12mm.
The burst bubble can be made to different taste according to requirements, such as strawberry taste, mango taste, yogurt taste, orange taste,etc.
Our designed burst bubble high speed produce line is composed by juice mix and supply system, drop system, forming system, filter system, clean and solidify system, filling and sealing system, sterilize system, PLC control system.
Our produce line combined with abroad and domestic technology, total automatic design, with high speed, high stability, stable forming effect. Single head can form more than 60-70 times in one minutes,high automation of the whole production line . It is the first choice for middle and big food beverage enterprise.
