Jelly Candy / Gummy Candy Production Line
1. Suitable for gummy/vitamin C functional gummy/gummy with special powder ingredient.
2. Can replace molds on same machine to produce different shapes, sizes, colors, or center filling gummy.
3. Suitable for the production of gelatin, pectin, agar, carrageenan based gummy.
This processing line is an advanced and continuous plant for making different sizes of gelatin (pectin or Carrageen) type soft candies in different shapes ( popular gummy bears, coloa bears, fruit shapes, alphabet shape etc). It can also produce hard candies by replacing molds.
It designed for making one or two colors jelly candy, and high-degree automation to the purpose of saving time ,labor and space to reduce the production cost. It is an ideal equipment for producing the good quality candies.
Automatic Jelly Gummy Candy Depositing Line
The gummy candy line was specially innovated by our R&D department according to the market, which can produce gummy with multiple shapes and variety colors on base of advanced technology process. lt is an ideal machine to produce superior quality gummy candy of single color and double color; By change-over molds or depositors, different
color and different shape of gummy can be also produced. The on-line mixer achieves the quantitative dosing and mixing of the flavor, color and acid.High degree of automation can produce super quality of gummy, at the same time it saves the manpower and the space occupation.

Cooking System
Cooking system is consists of jacket cooker and storage tank.Jacket cooker can dissolve sugar and maltose rapidly, reach full uniform effects of dissolving Storage tank is used to storage liquid and decrease the temperature of liquid.
Depositing System
The depositing machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which is healthy and safe. The operation is simple and convenient. When using the device, be careful not to touch the hopper to prevent burns. The equipment has functions such as oil spray, brush, and air blowing, which helps to better release the candy from the mold.
Cooling System
The device is air-cooled and comes with a brush and air blowing function to aid in mold release. The defrosting and
dehumidification settings can be set according to the needs. If the temperature needs to be controlled below 15 degrees Celsius, the demoulding will be smoother. Open the conveyor belt in advance before making candy.
