Product Description
This peanut butter grinder machine is using different shape of stators and rotors, crushing under the high circumgyration. Grinding the material through cutting, milling, high- frequent-shaking. The distance between stators could be adjusted and grinding by recirculation. This machine has many advantages. Compacted structure, stable working, low noise, rust-proof, easy to clear and maintain.
We can get smooth and fine peanut butter by this machine.
Brief Introduction of each machine:
1, Oven baker: to bake peanuts.
2, Cooling zone: use the principle of pulled out of heat by the fan , cooling the baked peanut.
3, Peeling machine:peeling the peanuts after drying and baking, in the process peanut meat and skin automatically separated to ensure
4, The quality of peanut after peeling.
5, Conveying picking belt: selection of the unqualified peanut and food debris.
6, Coarse grinder: grinding peanuts initially.
7, Ultrafine grinder: after coarse grinding peanuts for further grinding, to further improve the processing fineness.
8, Condensing machine: the cool grinded peanut butter .
9, Gas removing tank: degassing before filling the peanut butter .
10, Filling: The filling and packaging.
Processing flow chart:
raw materials(peanut) → stone and foreign matters remover → Baking → Cooling→ peeling → picking → coarse grinding → deployment → fine grinding → cooling → degassing → filling .
