Product Description
Introduction:
This equipment is suitable for continuous sterilization of fruit juice, tea beverage, milk beverage or similar materials. It can conduct high temperature instantaneous sterilization on the materials, and carry out rapid sterilization in a very short time, so as to ensure that the nutrients of the materials are not damaged or lost, and the color of the products does not change.
The main body of the tube sterilization system is divided into heat recovery section, preheating section, sterilization temperature holding section and cooling section. The whole sterilization process is fully automatic control, and the sterilization temperature can be set flexibly by human-computer interface. During the production, the temperature difference between the upper and lower sterilization temperature should not exceed 0.5 ℃. It is equipped with a pressure multifunctional tank, which can buffer materials and backflow during production, and can be used as CIP cleaning tank after production.
The equipment adopts high-end configuration, easy to operate, set sterilization parameters, one key operation. The sterilization process is completed automatically without human intervention. With CIP / SIP system, the pipeline is sterilized at 125 ℃ after sterilization before production. All joints and connection points of sterilizer pipe are aseptic protected to ensure product quality strictly. With heat recovery system, it can save 30% energy than the same type of equipment. The material pipeline is connected by flange.
Usages:
Suitable for milk, juice drinks, alcohol and other heat-sensitive liquid heating, sterilization, insulation and cooling process requirements.
Specific Scope: dairy products, yogurt, soy milk, sterilized milk, ice cream, UHT milk, tea drinks, purified water, juice drinks, functional beverages, vegetable protein drinks, carbonated beverages, syrups, beer, wine, soy sauce, vinegar and so on.
Processing Flow
Technical flow design:
For aseptic filling: 5ºC→65ºC(homogenizer)→137ºC(3-5S)→20ºC-25ºC.
For hot filling:5ºC→65ºC(homogenizer)→115ºC/125ºC(5-15S)→88ºC-90ºC
For normal filling:5ºC→65ºC(homogenizer)→115ºC/125ºC(5-15S)→75ºC-78ºC
Application
This machine is used to perform continuous sterilization on juice and beverage, milk, and similar products.
This system can be connected with homogenizer and degasser.
Tubular sterilizer performs the hot processing on the liquid foods and beverage.

1. High heat efficiency, 90% of heat can be reused after the product be processed;
2. Temperature difference between the product and the heating medium is small, so the heating is even; the heating tubular adopts wave pipes, the material and the medium are both in flow;
3. It is full automatic, can automatically control the CIP cleaning, self sterilizing, and the whole procedures steps; all the
procedures are recorded and controllable.
4. It is precise and reliable in sterilizing temperature control; all the affecting factors such as steam pressure, steam flow
rate, product flow rate are all controllable;
5. The inner layer of the product tube adopts advanced polish procedure, all tubes are designed and made to support fully
cleaning, self sterilizing ensures the system at aseptic state;
6. The system is strong safety, the fittings all adopts good performance and quality reliable materials,it is designed to value the safety of both operator and machine;
7. The main parts such as product pump, hot water pump, all kinds of valves, elements of the electrics are all of world known brands.. With self sterilize system;
