Product Description
Genyond chocolate folding packaging machine is designed for folded and envelop packing style for long chocolate bar. It is widely used in chocolate and candy wrapping. And also apply to the other field(with proper hardness but fragile or not easily be handled), such as tea block, drying agent, Paint piece, etc. With the advantage of fast packaging, good consistency, low failure rate, and long service life.
The complete machine consisted of one set Folding Packing Machine and one set Auto Feeding Machine plus oblique belt conveyor.
Main performance and structural features:
1. Frequency conversion speed regulation, computer photoelectric color code automatic tracking, with automatic shutdown function in case of fault;
2. Automatically folding, hooping and sealing of packaging blocks;
3. Automatically adjust the machine speed according to the amount of feed
4. It has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency, labor saving, novel structure, stable operation, few faults and convenient maintenance.
Scope of application:
This machine can be used for products of special size and shape, and adopts envelope folding packaging. This machine can be packaged with single or double-layer aluminum film; suitable for chocolate, wafers, coated foods, etc.
