Full automatic gable top carton filling machine
This gable top filling machine is suitable for filling and packing various kinds of beverage , such as milk, yogurt, cream, soy been milk, beaten egg, apple juice ,orange juice , pure water and so on etc.
Description
Suitable for filling:
Milk, yogurt, cream, beaten egg, soy milk, juice, tea drink, corn drink, pure water, sauce, wine,spices, cleaning solution, chemical product, sugar, grain, cornmeal, other dry powder, etc
Work flow :
Put cardboard into carton holder (manually) → Bottom preforming → Bottom heating and sealing → Ultrasonic capping (Optional)→Filling → Top preforming → Top heating and sealing → Date printing → Finished product
Features:
1. It is applicable for various specifications.
2. It owns intellectual property rights and many patents rights.
3. The machine is made by closed stainless steel and the move of cartons, top welding and bottom welding are driven by cams.
4. High automatization, Simple process, Easy maintenance. The whole process is controlled by PLC, and only need one person to operate.
5. This machine is a dual-purpose machine and it can also apply to paper-AL-PE laminated materials and TTM paper (plastic-paper-plastic laminated materials).
6. The machine uses HTST(high temperature / transient) sterilization, normal temperature filling to ensure the preservation of content for a long time.
