equipment for customers. The complete canned fruit production line includes pre-processing,filling,exhausting, sealing,
sterilizing,cooling cedures. Different fruit has different requirements for equipment.
Main Application: This processing line is mainly used for pretreatment processing and IQF frozen for
sweet corn products;
Capacity: from 500kg/hr to 3000kg/hr for single processing line;

1. Peeling --> 2. Threshing --> 3. Maiz ear removing --> 4. Washing --> 5. Blanching---> 6. Chilling -->
7. Dewatering --> 8. IQF freezing./ canning

2.Spiral rinsing blanching machine
