The working principle of the potato chips production line mainly consists of the following links: raw material processing,
cutting and forming, drying and pretreatment, frying and seasoning, packaging and packaging, etc.
The first is the raw material processing link. The main raw material of potato chips and French fries is potato. Choosing
high-quality potatoes as raw materials is the basis of potato chips and French fries production. In the raw material processing link, potatoes need to be washed, peeled and other processes to remove surface impurities and parts that do not meet the requirements.
Then there is the drying pretreatment link. The cut potato slices or strips need to be dried pretreated to remove some moisture and increase crispness and taste. Generally, a drying furnace is used to dry the potato slices or strips, which can sterilize and deodorize at the same time.
Next is the frying and seasoning link. The potato slices or strips that have been dried pretreated will be sent to a large fryer
for frying. The purpose of frying is to make the potato slices or strips expand and become crispy. In this process, seasonings such as oil, salt, and sugar are also added to make the chips and fries more delicious.
The last step is packaging. The fried chips and fries will be sent to the packaging line for packaging. Generally, automatic
packaging machines are used for packaging, and the chips and fries are put into bags or other packaging materials, and then sealed and weighed. The packaged chips and fries can be sold directly or stored for sale and consumption.
