The wood chipper machine is a special equipment of biomass energy power plant for fuel reserve. With the widely raw material appliance, All kinds of trees, undersized log, timber cutting residues such as branches, wood processing residues (such as slab, batten, log core, building templates and so on), Also some non-wooden raw materials (such as waste of flax, reed, bamboo, maize straw, cotton stalk, etc.).
With the more than years manufacturer experience of wood drum chipper, According to the raw materials characteristics and biomass energy plant's requirement for material particle size, we designed and developed serious high output chippers. To ensure the uptime and operation, the motor and reducer are powerful and strong type. Scope: wood raw material: timber, processing residue (branches, batten, log core, building templates, roots waste veneer etc.) particle board, fiber board.
Non-wood raw material: sugarcane, reed, straw, etc.
Purpose: particle board factory, high density fiberboard, stubble factory, biomass power plant, wood factory,wood pellet manufacture. Characters: 1.high performance H13 Special Customized Knives, and smoothly bites raw woods into chips with visible high throughput rate, and last much longer than normal crusher machines.
2.Main shaft specially fortified with thicker arc shell and Stainless Welded Layer against high load bumping & rotation, supporting LDBX-PF machine to run smoother and stabler.
3.Available materials: Unprocessed woods, like wood logs, branches; Veneers also works perfectly. But the blades are extremely weak to panel materials with nails, huge iron pieces and other irons, will do harm to the blades.
4.The hydraulic system to asssit exchange the spare parts like the fence and cutters.
