This equipment is suitable for traditional herb medicine, health products, biological, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries heating atmospheric temperature of extraction, extraction, dynamic hot reflux extraction, vacuum concentration, and organic solvent recovery and so on the many kinds of craft. This equipment can be dynamic continuous extraction and vacuum concentration at the same time. This equipment is very suitable for the laboratory research and development departments of universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions as well as for the production and use of multiple varieties and small batches of pharmaceutical factories.
Structure description:
1. In the structure diagram, the condenser tilts at an Angle of 5 degrees, which is in the form of column tube condensation. The condenser area is large enough, and the steam condenses first and then cools. As water flows lower, a certain inclination can improve the collection of distillation. At the same time, a certain height is reserved to facilitate the collection of distillation.
2. The device first extracts the extract, then filters the extract through a filter, and then extracts the plant's pure dew by means of vacuum evaporation of the membrane.
3. When distilling tea with common water, the water in the distilling pot will not be reduced too much. If the water level in the pot is decreased, the water can be replenished at any time by observing the water level with the light microscope. According to the ratio of 1:8 of the material liquid, water can penetrate into the material layer directly. The material in the material basket is loosely suspended and will not form a pancake.
4. This equipment adopts vacuum concentration evaporation method of lifting film, which is concentrated into an independent unit. It consists of two parts, a 35l column tube heater, and the material is heat exchange through the column tube. Tea extraction solution is used in the column tube, hot water is used outside the column tube, the temperature of hot water and the temperature of material are controlled. The other is a vacuum evaporator. Column pipe material is heated, expansion, rise, through a pipeline tangent, jet in vacuum evaporator, the film is formed on the inner wall of the vacuum evaporator, under vacuum condition, extraction can be quickly evaporate.
5. Considering that the filtered tea residue is easy to clean, it is recommended to have a double filter. The filter closes the valve during the operation of the equipment to clean the internal residue.
6. The extraction tank of this equipment adopts the method of upper open cover and slag removal, with a built-in material basket and a material basket filter net of 60 mesh. The external duplex filter is 80~100 mesh.
7. The whole equipment is divided into two parts, one is the extraction unit and the other is the film lifting concentration unit. The two units can be used separately or in combination.
