Date paste production line
Dates Palm Paste making machine consists of steam feeding unit, feeding spiral, mud paddle, screen cylinder, slag spiral, and discharge shaping spiral. The jujube enters from the feeding port and is fed into the mud cylinder. The mud blade that is rotated by the high speed is made into a mud shape, which is thrown into the discharge plastic spiral by the mesh hole, and the jujube core is discharged by the slag spiral.
Date belt steam blanching machine
The date goes under the belt and steam down to up for blanching. Depends on different type dates, the blanching time is different.
After steam blanched, the date will be very soft and it is good for paste making.
