Product Overview
Coconut milk is a natural beverage made from coconut meat. Because coconut milk is rich in minerals, various amino acids, and trace elements, it is now sought after by more and more consumers. Coconut shell, water, and shredded: Wash the harvested mature coconut, break it, collect coconut water and filter for later use. The broken coconut is used to scrape the coconut meat with a wire scraper, and the scraped coconut meat is put into a dryer and dried into dried shreds, and set aside. Refining: Pour the filtered tap water into the Hengdong Electric heating and stirring tank, heat it with a small amount of sodium hydroxide, and stir. Stir the dried coconut shreds and hot water evenly in proportion, pour them into Hengdong colloid mill equipment to grind, and grind them to a suitable thickness according to production needs. The ground coconut juice is transported to a stainless steel storage tank through a sanitary pump for standby. Ingredients: Use Hengdong sandwich pot to boil and dissolve white granulated sugar to make a thick syrup, which is filtered for use. Open the discharge valve of the storage tank and let the coconut juice flow to the liquid mixing tank. After the volume is fixed, stir and heat the coconut water, citric acid seasoning, thick syrup, salt, emulsifier and other ingredients. Emulsification: Emulsify the coconut milk after stirring and heating by Hengdong emulsifying machine to uniformity and stability. Sterilization: High temperature sterilization of coconut milk for 15 minutes
