Product Description
The machine is used for peeling and slicing mangoes, oranges, apples, and other fruits and vegetables. High peeling rate, suitable for bulbous fruits and vegetables. It has six functions, including peeling, end face cutting, core removal, slicing, separation, and color protection.
1. The fruit peeler is controlled by PLC and can peel, core and slice fruits.
2. The cutting blade can automatically change with the shape of the fruit, and the thickness of the fruit skin can be adjusted to reduce pulp loss.
3. Easy to operate and high yield.
4. High peeling rate and minimal waste.
5. The internal grinding wheel increases the peeling rate.
Oranges - skin, meat, and oil are all treasures. This machine grinds and separates oranges, making full use of them. There are at least three benefits: (1) standardization of orange peel raw materials, (2) significant reduction in the cost of essential oil extraction, and (3) good peeling and bitter taste of orange juice.
This fully automatic fruit peeler can peel about 1200 oranges in an hour, with adjustable peeling thickness for height, thickness, and thickness. The machine's computer control has adaptive functions (i.e. automatically adjusts the peel thickness according to height and thickness). The machine is also compatible with 20 types of fruits and vegetables, including apples, pears, kiwis, lemons, persimmons, etc. The machine can process fruits and vegetables year-round without being idle.
This machine is manufactured according to EU standards, with program control and remote control. It obtained EU CE certification in 2012 and won the first prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award in 2014. When operating, click on the touch screen, set the parameters, put the orange into the fruit holder, and the machine will automatically complete the separation of fruit holding, fruit feeding, fruit cutting, and cutting end discharge. It is a key equipment for industrial manufacturing of orange juice, orange peel, orange essential oil, fresh cut pieces, etc.
