Working Principle
Plate hoist the bulk material into the weight hopper,weighing instruments according to process requirements can be arbitrarily set 60-250kg weighing range,weighing sensor control silo stop or start feeding elevators,starting pressure tank gear reducer and touchscreen set 3-8r/min arbitrarily,when pressure tank cylinder door by sensors positioned upward cylinder doors and feed hopper door opens automatically,when weighing hopper is zero weight, close the hopper door to start the feed elevators,while closing pressure tank into the discharge cylinder door,open the steam valve,close the steam exhaust valve,starting pressure tank rotation,when the touch screen set rotation time,by the sensor is positioned into the discharge cylinder door,close the steam valve,open the steam exhaust valve,opened the cylinder door discharge to the next out-feed conveyor feed hopper,transported to the next process hair brush Paper Machine.
