Mozzarella cheese is the best cheese for pizza. When cooking, mozzarella becomes quite viscous and can pull out a lot of shreds. It may not be as effective with other cheeses. It is generally used for authentic Western pizza, and it can also be used to make salads and hot Italian dishes.

Shanghai Genyond Mozzarella cheese cooking stretching moulding machine is specialized designed for mozzarella and similars, pizza cheese, stick cheese, string cheese, pasta filata cheese, suluguni, kashkaval, kassery, loaf
mozzarella, imiskiro, queso de mano, kasar, ricotta, and any other kind of cheese.

The machine consists of a curd slicer where the curd blocks are cut into the desired size by rotating knives, mounted on a cutting
disk with adjustable speed.
The curd slices, coming from the curd slicer, feed the cooking-stretching section, where is carried out the kneading by the
mechanical action of stretching arms with adjustable speed. The cheese maker adjusts the input and quantity of water as needed,
depending on the product being processed.
The cheese mass then passes through a special discharge outlet and is fed into the moulder, designed for the production of
spherical shaped mozzarella or other products with various shapes and/or sizes.
The cooking-stretching and moulding machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the parts in contact with the product
are treated with Teflon certified for the food industry..
