It consists of a jacketed melt kettle, a high speed agitator, a mixing cutter, a scraper, a controllable heating system, and a pouring device.

The cheese can be quickly chopped in the kettle, heated and melted, and evenly mixed with other excipients. The melt can also be evacuated.
